Forms Of Payment
Prices for Limited Registration:
Full registration available on an individual basis. A puppy sold with full registration must have exceptional markings and conformation and must first pass our scrutiny as well as our Veterinarian's. Only show potential puppies will be sold with full registration. It is our belief that to get the best possible puppy, you must first start with exceptional parents.
Nonrefundable deposits of $250.00 are required to hold a puppy. I accept Paypal, cash, money orders, or checks for the deposit. Full payment is required before the puppy leaves, and if paying the balance by check, the check must first clear the bank (usually 10 working days) before the puppy leaves.
Guarantee
Guarantee For King Charles Cavalier Spaniel
All Cavaliers bred and/or sold by Meadowbrook's Kennel will be described as honestly as possible upon being evaluated by our Veterinarian.
We give a two year guarantee against congenital defects:
If in the first two years of age your puppy is found to have congenital defect, return the puppy to our kennel (at buyer's expense) with the registration papers and a detailed letter of explanation from a licensed veterinarian, the dog will be replaced at no charge. All veterinarian expenses incurred to diagnose and/or repair the defect will be at the buyer's expense unless we have approved in writing prior to treatment the cost of treatment.
All of our Cavaliers are accompanied by an accurate up to date medical history. All cavaliers are checked by our veterinarian prior to delivery or shipping and are guaranteed to be in good health at the time of departure from our kennel. If a puppy leaves for a new home prior to completion of his/her inoculations, it is necessary for the purchaser to complete the scheduled series of inoculations on time in order to protect the puppy, and for the health guarantee to remain valid. Our veterinarian has provided your puppy with your puppy's first dose of Heartgard. It is necessary for you to consult your veterinarian concerning the prevention of heart worms in your puppy at the location in which your live.
Please consider that until your puppy has had his/her full scheduled inoculations, the puppy is susceptible to certain illnesses, and therefore should be kept out of areas where contamination is questionable.
If you purchased a puppy from us to show, it is understood that we cannot guarantee that the puppy will champion out.
A puppy purchased as a pet must be spayed/neutered. A female must be spayed after her first heat cycle or before nine months of age. The males must be neutered by six months of age. At no time are they to be bred. Once the cavalier has been spayed/or neutered, send a copy of the veterinarian statement to me.
Although we have no known problems with our breed lines, I encourage all new owners to keep me informed concerning the development of any Cavalier obtained from me. And of any problems obtained during its lifetime.
I also ask that should you find at any time that you are unable to keep your Cavalier that you acquired from me, that you advise me so that I can either take the dog back or give you assistance in finding it a new home.
