I thought you might be interested in what Charlie from Muskegon MI has been up to for the last 4 years. Charlie is quite the international traveler. He has been living in Frankfurt Germany for the last three years and now we are living in Prague Czech Republic. Charlie has traveled all over Europe, his favorite place was Tuscany Italy. Its very easy to take dogs with you in Europe, they are always welcome in Hotels and restaurants. Last weekend he was with us at the top of Germany the Zugspitze the highest peak of the ALPs in Germany the last photo I attached. Charlie has a EU passport and has a microchip in Europe and America. We don't need to sedate Charlie while he flys He travels great in cargo and in cabin, although he is quite large for in cabin, he weighs 21lbs and is tall. He is very sporty, he loves swimming and runs up to 4 miles with me weekly, and the vet says he is not overweight, just large for the bread. We are happy because we are a sporty family so he fits in with us, he still loves sleeping on the couch. Charlie is a special dog and is loved by everyone he meets, he is a very important part of our family.

our first Christmas with the 10 month old "Red Devil" named Heidi. She sure

Hi Kathryn,

Scarlett is doing well now. She had some separation anxiety since she missed you all so much. Her appetite has returned and is now more playful. You got her practically potty-trained!!! She sniffs around the door or scratches when she wants to go out. We have ceiling-to-floor windows on the back wall of our kitchen so she can peer out as often as she likes. She whined a bit when she was put in the kennel; but, is getting used to it and has not soiled her bedding. I took Monday off just to get her accustomed to her new home. Our friends Mike and Renatta stop by to let her out around lunch time if we (including our housemate Jimmy) are working during the day. They will be pet sitting her while we are in Vegas/California during October. Renatta's mom is visiting for three weeks during that time and she is a dog-lover so Scarlett will get plenty of attention and play time while we are gone.

Just wanted to let you know that our new ruby male puppy is doing wonderful with us here

in San Francisco. We named him "Sir Dudley" and he is acclimating to California weather just

fine. I wanted to let you know that you did an amazing job socializing and caring for this

puppy....he is so sweet and has a wonderful disposition. We will send you pictures of him soon.

Kathryn - just a quick note. One of your dogs is a superstar! Last year we

took Kirby to the Paddle With Your Pooch paddleboat contest, and we won!

She also got her name engraved on the "golden fire hydrant" trophy in the Boathouse

restaurant. We are competing to defend our title on July 15th - - wish us

luck!

Hi! We thought you might enjoy some pictures of Bo. We love him to death. We started kindergarten obedience school on Monday. He is doing great. He is sitting well, retrieving and not doing too badly with the potty training.

We introduced him to the lake last weekend and he wasn’t too sure. A day later he came running up to the house soaking wet. He had been in the lake and went in several more times that day. Guess he was just shy about it at first. We are just sure he will become a champion swimmer. We hope this finds you doing well.

"We made it home fine with Buddy on Wednesday. We stopped at Cracker Barrel in Columbia and

he did his business just fine. That was the only bathroom break for Buddy. He did better

than the kids; they needed a second stop! His first night, he went outside at 10:30 pm and

slept until 6:00 am. We were surprised he didn't wake up in the middle of the night.

He is so cute and loves to be with us. The kids are excited to have him.
